Warranty repair?  ABSOLUTELY.

MacLife is an Apple Specialist this means we are fully authorized to do warranty repairs on all Apple computers.  So if your Mac has a hardware failure and you are covered either by Apples one year limited warranty OR AppleCare we are here to take care of you.  

Out of Warranty Service

You've got it.  If your older Mac needs some work, an upgrade or just a tune up bring it on in.  Our Apple certified technicians are here to help you get the most out of your older machine.  No appointment needed just pop in and ring the bell.

Backups? 

Once again we're here.  At MacLife your data is of high concern to us and keeping that data safe is number one on our list of priorities.  We have an in house, secure backup server that holds terabytes of data specifically designed to backup your machine PRIOR to beginning your repair.  In this way if anything occurs during your repair that might put your data at risk we have done our best to keep it safe.  Ask about this service the next time you are in need of repair.  Not only do we offer this in house solution to keep your data safe but we also sell a full line of external drive enclosure for 160 gigabytes up to 1.5 terabytes to empower you to backup your own data.  We are also available to teach you how to use the external drives and help you decide what backup solution best fits your need.   

Data Recovery?

HELP MY DRIVE IS JUST CLICKING!!!  I turned on my computer this morning and all I see is a flashing folder with a question mark...I have NO BACKUP!!  This has happened to almost everyone at one time or another and we have solutions to try and help you through this VERY trying time.  The best thing you can do at this point is NOTHING!  Turn off your computer and bring it to us.  Sometimes drive failures can be a result of a corrupt directory structure which can be fairly easy to correct after which we can then recover your data, other times it can be MUCH worse.  In these cases your drive may need to be disassembled and components may need to be replaced or the firmware of the drive may need to be rewritten in order to recover your data.  In either of these cases let our experience help you through and get your data back.  Attempting to recover data yourself could result in a situation that makes your data totally unrecoverable, so please do nothing but contact us!

If your computer is older, running a little slower just hasn't been in to see us in a while bring it on in for our spring cleaning service.  This service comes with a system cleaning (inside and out), diagnostics are ran to ensure your hardware is working well and we will update your system software to make sure you are at the latest and greatest level of you system.
