Mac OS X is the world’s most advanced operating system. It’s incredibly powerful, yet elegantly simple. But if you’re switching from Windows, it can be rather confusing at first. This class provides a solid overview to help you make the transition.

You've just purchased or been gifted with one of these hand-held gems. NOW what do you do with it? Join us for an informative and exciting class which shows you it's just not a repository for songs and/or a phone.

Mac Intro

If you’ve had limited experience with computers, this class takes a more hands-on approach than the PC to Mac class. We’ll also proceed at a slower pace and have plenty of time for questions. Once you’re done, you should feel more comfortable on a Mac. You can also take Part 2 and learn about using the Internet!

Mac Intro II

This class builds on the Mac Intro class. We’ll unlock some useful (but a bit complex) details like email, opening mail attachments, and viewing videos on Web pages. We’ll also have time for some of your pressing questions.

iLife Intro

iLife is Apple’s digital media software - iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD, iWeb, and Garageband. This class will give you a great overview of these applications and their integration.

iPhoto Intro

You may not be a professional photographer, but you can still shoot great pictures like one! In this class we’ll cover the entire photographic process from shooting to sharing.
We’ll cover the Five Fundamentals of Photography to help you improve the quality of your shots. Then we’ll go through all of iPhoto’s major features step-by-step.

iMovie Intro

iMovie  places the creative power of the best filmmaker into the hands of you and me! And this class will give you the start you need to take advantage of it all! This class will cover the tools you’ll need to create really stunning productions—creating your story, filming, importing footage, putting your scenes together, editing soundtracks, and porting the whole thing to the Web or DVD.

iWeb and .Mac

Want to do your own web pages or your own blog. We’ll teach you how and answer your questions regarding web sites, hosting, and other issues. You’ll also get a great tour of Apple’s online resource - .Mac.

iWork Intro

iWork is Apple’s impressive package of word-processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software. Keynote-For spectacular presentations. Numbers-For elegant spreadsheets. Pages-For stunning word-processing and page-layout documents. This class will give you a solid overview of this product.Pages Intro
Newsletters, resumes, brochures, reports, proposals, business cards, stationary—whatever you write, Pages offers an intuitive way to create beautiful, media-rich documents using impressive features. This class will give and a great foundation for using Pages. We’ll help you get productive right away!
